As usual I'm not getting normal sleeping at night frequently I woke up at night at about 3 AM and remain awaken till sun rise which disturbs my routine. After lockdown problem has become more serious as there is hardly any day I slept normally for uninterrupted 6 to 7 hours. Since lockdown I sleep after 4 AM only. Apparantly, it is adversely affecting my routine. Can anyone suggest remedy to redress
